The house itself is lovely.

1. Additional Cleaning Fee Demand: Upon arrival, the property owner unexpectedly demanded an additional cleaning fee, which was not disclosed during the booking process. This fee was not included in the original cost or mentioned anywhere on the property listing. 2. Cigarette Odor in One Room: One of the rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, rendering it completely uninhabitable. This condition was not disclosed in the listing, and it significantly disrupted our stay. 3. False Property Description – Fewer Bedrooms Than Advertised: The property was advertised as having four bedrooms, but upon arrival, we discovered there were only three. This forced us to make a last-minute reservation for an additional property to accommodate our group, resulting in unexpected expenses and logistical stress. 4. Poor Communication and Early Check-Out Request: The owner was uncooperative and refused to provide clear communication about the key handover. Additionally, the owner requested an early check-out at 9:30 AM, which was not previously agreed upon, further complicating our plans. 5. Refusal to Provide Invoice: When we requested an invoice for the payment made, the owner refused to provide it, which is both unprofessional and potentially violates local regulations.

Mooi ingericht appartement wat super netjes is met een zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw. Zeer ruim en werkelijk van alle gemakken voorzien.

Het is jammer dat het appartement aan een doorlopende hoofdweg gelegen is. Als je met het raam open wil slapen is dit niet echt aan te raden ivm met het drukke verkeer
