The proximity to Cormeilles, the quick responses from the owner and character of the property. Overall we enjoyed our stay here but do feel we need to mention a number of things below that we were disappointed about or felt below standard. Don't be put off renting the property just be aware, as we were about the narrow stairs before we went, thanks to other reviewers.

Lots of cracked plates and cups, some of which were dirty in the cupboard on arrival. Our booking site said the property had use of Laundry facilities and no mention of a charge, but when we arrived it said a charge of 20Euros to use, which we would have paid but all locked up with no key. We were there in extreme heat and our bedroom fan wasn't working. One of our biggest disappointments was the garden space, which was nothing like in the pictures , most of the lawn had disappeared, there were loads of weeds in the beds and the table and chairs were filthy, with an umbrella in pieces sprawled about the garden. We all had to get to work to clean up and get into a useable condition. The site says 3 bedrooms and suitable for 6 people, but it needs to clarify that there are only 2 double beds and 1 single and that the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor are captured, ie whoever in the double room has to walk through the single room everytime they want to go in and out or to the bathroom, which needless to say affects the privacy of person in single room too. Ony a tiny cafetiere for 1 person although there was a machine too, and the kitchen was distinctly dirty in places, on the walls (which need a coat of paint), and on some of the tiles.

Super communication avec la personne en charge, très réactive et a tout fait pour nous accueillir en nombre. Même si nous n’y avons passé qu’une nuit nous avons très bien dormi et nous nous sentions comme à la maison. En plein centre de Cormeilles et à deux pas d une très bonne boulangerie pâtisserie pour notre petit déjeuner au réveil. A savoir à l’arrivée le numéro 25 se trouve en bas d une impasse entre les numéros 23 et 27 il ne faut pas le chercher en bord de route. Il y a un parking à quelques mètres ce qui est très pratique. Merci encore c’était parfait pour nous 7.
