Parcheggio libero e disponibile davanti a casa, casa ampia e letti comodi
Purtroppo ho letto solo dopo recensioni che denunciavano lo stesso problema, ma la casa è fredda. Gli ambienti sono ampi, i soffitti alti e la casa è di quelle di una volta, e il sistema di riscaldamento non è assolutamente sufficiente. Solo in bagno si stava bene, grazie ad uno scaldasalviette elettrico, ma in camera e in cucina, dove c'è solo la pompa di calore, non si riesce a scaldare abbastanza, anche tenendo alla massima temperatura h24. La cosa più grave però è stata la totale mancanza di assistenza e supporto da parte dell'agenzia che ha in gestione la casa. Abbiamo esposto il problema, chiedendo una stufetta o altri supporti, ci è semplicemente stato detto che non li avevano. Ci hanno solo chiesto di inviare una foto del telecomando della pompa, sostenendo che avessimo sbagliato noi a programmarlo (ovviamente non era così). Inviata la foto, il nulla. Nessuna risposta, nessun supporto, nessuna alternativa proposta. Mi spiace, ma questo non è gestione del cliente. Mai più

Gute Lage, Ausstattung ist in Ordnung, aber es war definitiv zu kalt.
Gute Lage.
Es war sehr kalt und die AC hat nicht wirklich geholfen. Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung in einem älteren Gebäude und die Isolierung ist nicht wirklich gut.

La struttura era in una buona posizione ed era funzionale per due persone e per 4 giorni di permanenza
La casa purtroppo è rimasta abbastanza fredda per tutti e quattro i giorni pur lasciando i climatizzatori accesi tutti e 4 i giorni costantemente, c’era un solo termosifone in bagno e abbiamo trovato un po’ sporco tra cui le stoviglie e dei capelli nella doccia.

Struttura pulita, posizione molto comoda appena fuori le mura, si trova parcheggio nelle vicinanze della casa senza problemi.Tutto il necessario per qualche giorno a disposizione. Staff sempre disponibile.
