Exceptional Host and beautiful Apartment

Gianluca was an amazing host who greeted us with Champagne & treats for our anniversary/birthday and also assisted with our bags on check-out. He was extremely helpful and accomodating in every way. Approx 10-15 min walk into the town centre and we used his recommendations for restaurants and sightseeing. Beautiful apartment, very comfortable but no washing machine in the apartment we booked. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful town, with a fantastic host.

Water remained in tray during/after shower but plumbing renovation was happening on our departure to rectify this issue. I did get confused about the apartment having a washing machine but it doesn't.

Great apartment, located centrally with a wonderful balcony. Stay topped off with a great host

- the host cared a lot about my family enjoying the stay, and kept in touch with us - location of the property was fantastic, next to a super market & a 10 minute walk to the center of Lucca - all equipment working perfectly, especially the AC (we went in June)

- we were 5 guests, so managing with only one bathroom was tricky at times

Funktional, sauber und in perfekter Lage nahe der Altstadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Sehr zentrale Lage. Wohnung & Terrasse: groß, sauber, schön und funktional eingerichtet. Das Auto konnte unter dem Haus, von der Straße nicht sichtbar, geparkt werden. Es gibt einen Personenaufzug in die Etagen. Der Vermieter war sehr sympathisch und hat uns mehrere Tipps gegeben wo wir z.B. gut Essengehen konnten. Last but not least: Im Kühlschrank warteten gekühlte Getränke auf uns. Grazie 1000 per le bevande ;o)

Die Kissen waren zu hoch. Der Vermieter möchte andre, flachere, besorgen.

Super logement dans une superbe ville

L'hôte est présent, souriant et serviable. Le logement est calme, en bon état, la terrasse est agréable. Parking couvert avec accès à l'ascenseur très utile pour les bagages. 15 mn à pied de la place principale de la ville.

Un’esperienza perfetta per i nostri ospiti

Abbiamo ospitato presso questa struttura alcuni invitati del nostro matrimonio e sono rimasti davvero soddisfatti! La posizione è perfetta, vicinissima a Porta Elisa e quindi comoda per muoversi anche a piedi. Le stanze sono pulite e accoglienti, il balcone molto grande perfetto per una colazione insieme, e il parcheggio è stato essenziale! Un altro aspetto che è stato apprezzato molto, soprattutto dopo i festeggiamenti, è stato l'ascensore, che ha reso il rientro molto più comodo! :D Ma ciò che ha davvero fatto la differenza è stata la disponibilità di Gianluca, sempre presente e pronto a venirci incontro per ogni necessità. Grazie ancora! <3

Der Host ist sehr nett, die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage und das Auto steht sehr sicher!

Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung, aber die Betten auf der Couch hätten bezogen werden können.

Excelente alternativa en Lucca

Departamento entero amplio con un baño muy bueno. Tiene estacionamiento privado gratis. La cocina tiene lo necesario y la atención es extraordinaria. Sin dudas volvería.

La conexión a internet es problemática.
