The entrance is currently under construction and below scaffolding which made entering and finding the property a bit off putting! But this is of no fault of the owners, a heads up would’ve helped!

Amazing , large apartment stylishly decorated , very cool decor in the very best location that offers culture In the historic centre and an enjoyable vibe for early morning cafes, fabulous lunch , dinner and drink option along almost every street . The apartment is right in the hub of Enjoyment and yet seems like you are remote because the secure building is quiet - Fabio our host was a 10/10 - very Cari f and responsive . Also a big shout out to the driver who we used - charming It’s a fabulous place to enjoy Palermo

Our stay leaves us with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the apartment is located in a historic tenement building in the heart of the old town, in a convenient location. It offers all the necessary amenities, such as comfortable beds, three TVs, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, an iron, a washing machine, a dishwasher, air conditioning, etc., as well as very high ceilings (approx. 4 meters). However, on the other hand, it also involves many undesirable situations, listed below, which significantly reduce the apartment’s potential during the stay.

Loud renovation works above the apartment (often starting before 8 a.m.), including drilling and falling debris, caused significant dust in the living room, which we had to clean ourselves (no vacuum cleaner or mop provided). Although we spent much time outside, the noise and dust were uncomfortable. The entire building is under façade renovation and surrounded by scaffolding; the courtyard and staircase are used as a construction area, generating additional noise. We were not informed that these works are planned to continue until autumn 2026. A very loud device (likely a water pump) located above the kitchen ceiling near a bedroom turns on automatically every few minutes, including at night, and cannot be switched off. Shower cabin doors are faulty, an issue already mentioned in previous reviews. The ventilation fan near the second bathroom is extremely loud and linked to the light switch, making nighttime use disruptive for others. Cleanliness was insufficient on arrival: the floor was very dusty and the sofa had food crumbs, making the space uncomfortable to use without shoes.
