Ai Materassai Apartments Palermo

The location was really good. You could get quite close to the apartment by airport bus, and the host provided helpful advice on this. There was a large grocery store nearby—in fact, everything was close by. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had everything necessary. It was pleasant to have breakfast on the balcony. The windows had excellent soundproofing and good blinds, making it possible to get the apartment quite dark at night. The apartment was located on a quiet street and faced the inner courtyard. The bed was relatively new and comfortable. I had a great experience during my stay and will come back again.

A few small things. There were no racks for toiletries in the shower, so they had to be kept on the floor. The shower also needs some maintenance, as water was leaking unnecessarily from somewhere when using the overhead shower..The air conditioning could probably use some maintenance; even at the coldest setting, it wasn't very effective. While the room could otherwise be made dark, there was a small window with no curtain at all, letting in light early in the morning. The pillows were a bit too hard and high. There was a tile storage area in the backyard that produced a tapping sound whenever the windows were open. The coffee maker didn't work—or perhaps we just didn't know how to use it—but fortunately, there was a nice café on the street.

Very close to historical centre and all the importnat landmarks. Spacious and comfortable. Very quiet

the entrance can be a little complicated and the buidling itself is old and dirty

Excellent communication, ideally located, close to local restaurants, bars, attractions & 20 metres from a super local cafe
