Amazing location, with a cute balcony looking over a busy street full of restaurants and bars in the heart of Palermo. Mirko the host was on hand to answer any questions via WhatsApp and organised transfers to and from the airport, even when we moved on to our next hotel, which were fantastic from both people, both courteous and on time. Apartment was absolutely spotless! Great layout, living area, bedroom, full kitchen with washing machine for longer stays, and an area to sit or dry clothes, huge fridge and no noise at all from the street once the door is closed. Felt very safe. Keypad entry, same code for all three doors. Highly recommend!
Bed was too hard for us- but that’s purely personal choice. Could do with lighting from the initial street door - it is being addressed.

Location
Very difficult carrying suitcases up 2 flights narrow stairs. Apartment not well presented. Maybe end of the summer season but towels, walls, pictures require maintenance.
