Roccella Apartments

It was spacious, clean, well appointed and quite comfortable. Having a washing machine was such a plus that we honestly didn’t expect. The location is also incredible with many restaurants and bars just downstairs. Even though it’s on a busy street the room is very quiet. Communication with Mirko was excellent as well.

The entrance to the property is not lit at night. Also, perhaps maybe if you’re pregnant climbing up the stairs could be an issue. however none of these were too much of a hassle for us. Just wanted to point it out.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Palermo. The location is exceptional, right on Via Vittorio Emanuele, with a fantastic balcony overlooking the lively street. The apartment itself is stylishly decorated, beautifully designed, and very clean. The host was also extremely helpful and accommodating. He kindly allowed us to check out an hour and a half later than the official check-out time. We then unfortunately realized that we had left our passports and money in the apartment. Even though the apartment had already been cleaned, he kindly allowed me to return in the evening to look for our belongings. Everything was still there, untouched, which we really appreciated. We never met the host in person, as the apartment uses self check-in and check-out, but communication was easy and he was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. A beautiful apartment, an amazing location, and a very considerate host. We would happily stay here again!

Narrow stairs challenging for luggage

Amazing and friendly host,perfect location in Palermo,had everything we needed in the apartment -the host also left us coffee pods and a coffee machine was very useful!
