Lovely peaceful setting. Great for dogs. Close proximity to places i wanted to visit.
Heating system relied on log burner, so had to wheelbarrow logs across to house every day. Pillows and sofas uncomfortable.

I enjoyed the quiet location, the peaceful area, and the tranquil surroundings. The large gardens were a delight to walk around and I enjoyed watching the deer, squirrels and wild birds in the immediate vicinity.
Steps in and out of the property caused my elderly mother a little concern. Handrails would have been convenient. There were some broken items inside the house, including a missing toilet roll holder downstairs, no cabinet light in the bathroom, and the patio door was very hard to open/close. Overall, we managed.

Easy access onsite lock box. Large property. Well equipped kitchen. Large basket of logs and fire materials, which unfortunately didn’t need to use. Very clean
The curtains could all do with a wash, in particular the lounge patio door curtains
