Great during summer, okayish in winter
There was a lot of space. 2 bedrooms, I living room, you could easily accommodate 4-7 guests. The view is great and it takes 15 min to the ferry. There is also a supermarket at 3-5 min. The oven, microwave and coffee machine were working.
1. It was quite challenging to find the location. The address i received and the one on maps did not correspond. The host sent a video to be able to reach the apartment. 2. There were no slippers to be used inside the house, and the pavement was really cold. Bring yours. 3. Everything in the house uses electricity. If you use a lot of appliances, it will overload the electrical grid. For showers, there is a boiler, and it might run out of hot water. In November, it was quite cold, and we had to use all 4 AC to warm the house (the bathroom was still cold). 4. If you plan to cook something, bring your own non-stick pan.

We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay in a quiet, well-equipped apartment with excellent location and helpful host
We stayed as a family of 3 adults and 2 children. The apartment is in a quiet area, in a house with three units — one above, one below. Access via stairs. In front of the entrance, there’s a table with two chairs to enjoy coffee and the beautiful view. The location is very convenient: 15 minutes to Lenno ferry pier, a bus stop and supermarket are a few minutes away. The apartment is on the Greenway del Lago di Como. Campo ferry stop is 5 minutes away, but ferries go there rarely. There is no private parking, but a nearby public lot usually had spaces available in the evening. The apartment is clean, renovated, and well-equipped. One bedroom has a double bed, the other a bunk bed with a pull-out third bed. But despite having this extra bed, we were provided with a folding bed for one adult. There are wardrobes with enough hangers. The living room is combined with the kitchen. There’s a big dining table, two sofas, a TV, and a comfy wicker chair. The kitchen includes plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, fridge, induction hob, and oven. The kettle didn’t work, but the host promised to replace it. Only table knives were available, no general-purpose knife. There was shower gel, shampoo, hairdryer, iron. Each room has air conditioning. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, and bidet. There is no separate toilet. Very responsive hosts, provided helpful info before arrival. We had a great experience and recommend the place!
The only minor issues were a non-working kettle and a reading lamp that didn’t work. However, this didn’t affect our stay, especially since the host promised to replace them after our departure.
