The house is in a clean, quiet and well planned neighborhood, travelling to Haneda airport is fast and convenient. Furniture and facilities are modern and clean. A washing machine with drying feature helped me handle laundry without going coin-laundry services. The host offered luggage keeping for early arrivals and accepted our late check-out with no extra charge.

Loved the rooftop space, allowed my teenagers a space to themselves. Had heating which we needed.
The sauna tent was nit working but the landlord is aware and is fixing it.

In front of the house you have a really nice izakaya, 3 close konbini, 2 trains stations that is perfect to get to any destination .
You are ~45 minutes away (2 train transfert) from akihabara, shibuya or even shinjuku. The place is really nice and feels like home. The small ramp is a nice feature to get lugage to the 2F
