駅に近く、コンビニやドンキホーテも徒歩5分圏内で利便性が高い。とても広くシックな色味に統一された室内でゆったり寛げた。また、至るところが清潔に保たれ、アメニティも十分に準備されていた。

住宿地點非常好，鄰近羽田機場，其位置使用鐵路不論是抵達東京市中心或是橫濱都極為方便。3分鐘能抵達京急蒲田站、8分鐘能抵達JR蒲田站。周邊生活機能，便利商店3分鐘且規模不小、超市5分鐘內能抵達販賣日常食材及熟食皆有。
1.登入資訊系統的護照照片上傳錯誤，卻沒有取消的選項。好險對入住沒有造成任何影響。 2.抵達的第一晚在沙發底下發現吃剩的洋芋片，希望清潔公司多加注意家具下方。
