Sunset Villa Shirahama 5 min to the beach Pets OK

The house is in a great location about 8 minutes walk to the beach. It's well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes for large groups. The pool table was a hit and the living room set up is very comfy, great for hanging out as a group. Although it was rainy when we were there, we also enjoyed the grill and eating out on the patio. The beds were comfy, the AC functioned well, and we had a great time. The closest beach is better for surfing, but there are many in the area great for swimming (though we swam at Shirahama beach too and had a great time). FYI, pets are an additional 8k yen per pet per night, up to 3 pets.

The only thing I really contest about the listing is that there is not a hot tub like it says. There are some onsens in the neighborhood which is maybe what they were referring to but I think listing a hot tub is misleading. I also think it would be nice to have beach towels at the residence. It's fine for us since we live in Japan, but for those with limited suitcase space travelling from abroad it would be a real obstacle.

4家族で泊まりましたがそれでも広さが充分余裕があり快適に過ごせました。ユニットバスが各寝室にある点も適度に家族別のプライベートも守れて過ごしやすかった。 ロケーションもビーチまで子供が徒歩で行くのも充分可能。 またぜひ宿泊させていただきたい素晴らしい宿でした。

特に不満はありません。

リノベされたばかりということもあり台所の水回りや設備が充実していた。 お庭も広く、お庭を存分に楽しめるBBQの設備や犬を放し飼いにできるフェンスなどがとてもありがたかった。 ビリヤードやステージなもの遊び心がある設備で、子供だけではなく大人も非日常の遊びを満喫しました。 海から帰った後の砂を流す外シャワーや、外にある洗濯機もとても助かりました。

ほとんど文句なしですが、お部屋に洋服やタオルをかけられるスペースがあると助かります。

全体的に良かったです。ロケーションや作り、広さは申し分ないほどでした。

色々な宿やホテルで宿泊してきたが、バスタオルの水の吸収力がなく、少し残念でした。
