I liked the hospitality and the behavior of the staff.
The room was very comfortable and the view was amazing and also the room had an excellent cleanliness.
Also the location of the hotel was perfect and the food was very tasty.

What made this property lovely were the staff and the views at night from the balcony. I don’t know the young man’s name but we had a lovely staff member check us in who was very friendly, helpful and kind. The room was nice except that there was a very musty smell coming from our bathroom and our kids were bothered by noise from other guests in the hallway (they slept in the loft area of our room). Breakfast was decent (yogurt or kefir would be nice). Having parking was also a big plus.

From the moment we arrived in Berat we were welcomed by the owner who was an incredible host. The hotel is in a fantastic location, two minutes walk from the main town area. Room was beautiful with great views and breakfast the best we’ve had in Albania.
There was absolutely nothing to be critical of about our stay.
