HOTEL ANSEL

My husband & I stayed @ the hotel and dinned at the restaurant 1 night for dinner. The hotel room was absolutely lovely. Beautiful views and the room was a generous size and the updated bathroom was wonderful. Service was friendly & outstanding. We didn’t love the dinner but breakfast made up for it. This hotel is in a perfect location.

Amazing staff!!!

Nothing it was amazing

The property was in the perfect location! Steps away from everything. The staff was so nice and helpful, they helped us carry our bags upstairs and into the rooms and also downstairs to the car. They blocked off a parking spot for us so we did not have to park far at all. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The AC in the room worked great and the room was very clean. The restaurant had the perfect view.

The room was nice, however they don’t tell you that’s it’s a big walk up the hill.

The staff were very unhelpful when checking in. There was no parking at the property (other than the busy street parking which was all full), despite advertising having it. The restaurant staff were also very unaccommodating when we wanted to have a single beer before our dinner reservation, as the bar ‘wasn’t open’ for another 10 minutes.
