White House Hotel & Restaurant - since 1999

Location and staff. Ben was very friendly.

We visited in August and air con didn't work correctly.

Good location, not easy to find a parking spot though. The hotel has its own parking somewhere quite far away, but we found paid parking closer. Nicely decorated authentic rooms, but one of the rooms had a very strong smell of mold and the other - not working A/C. Comfortable beds, nice restaurant with perfect views. Breakfast was not supplemented after 9:30, but was enough.

We have stayed in February. It’s well located and nicely decorated. The dinner in the restaurant is delicious.

Our room was beautiful but had basically no curtains so that it was very light at night. Bad smell from the bathroom. The staff isn’t the best. There is one boy working (I think in the kitchen) who is really shady looking. He doesn’t great but stares unfriendly at people and the day we arrived he was sitting in the reception area with two bottles of booze. The day we left nobody was working at the reception, so I had to look all over in the hotel until I finally found a cleaner and was able to ask if we can leave our suitcases in the hotel for one hour.
