Really nice apartment spread across three levels. The entry level has a smaller room that's ideal for children. One level down you'll find the kitchen, dining area, and balcony, while the bedroom is one level up. The sea view is fantastic, and the sunrise is spectacular. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. We experienced a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the management was very responsive and resolved them quickly.
The sliding windows in the bedroom and the balcony door were difficult to open and close. Also, the apartment building has two elevators, but only one was operational during our stay, as the other appeared to be permanently out of service.

great location, awesome view
there was only 1 piece of toilet paper for two toilets. Equipment of the appartment was ok, but such a minor detail can make bad impression

La vue de la chambre d’adulte et du balcon est magnifique, c’est un des appartements les plus hauts d’alcudià. Vu sur la ville, le port et la plage. Trés bon emplacement, facile de se garer, en plus de la vu, vous êtes à même pas cent mètres de la plus belle plage d’alcudia.
Rien, tout est parfait, peut être qu’un petit four à grill serait un plus. Il y a déjà un micro onde, mais le grill finirait bien l’équipement de la cuisine ( déjà bien équipée, machine à laver.....)

Great location with 5 minute walk to the beach. Good size of the property
The lobby / communal area felt very unsafe and dated. The flat was basic with a lot of the decor falling to bits. There were ants in the kitchen despite not leaving any food out.
