Blg and good location, but could not use the advertised ZTL pass

Great location. A lot of room. Clean.

They were so slow to respond that we got tired of waiting for the advertised ZTL pass (which was a big reason we chose this property) and had to use the paid parking lot. That really got on our nerves.

Modena beauty

This apparentment has enqueued we needed for a couple of days. Could have stayed longer. It's a lovely and modern with a bonus pedestal fan. We love our air con but sometimes you only need a fan and this was a great feature for us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and loved that there was an elevator. Great lil restaurants nearby within walking distance.

Parking is definitely an issue. It was okay the first day we got there in the afternoon but the next day, we were out all day and didn't get home till after 8pm and all the car parks were all full. Took a good 45 mins to find a spot.

Lovely hosts with a beautiful home

The layout out, everything was fresh, new and clean. Kitchen and bathroom were lovely and comfortable beds

We had some trouble with the door lock but we got help straight away (8pm)

Konum harika. Giriste sifre ile anahtarı teslim aldik. Herhangi biz sorun yasamadik. Sorularimiza anlik whatsapp uzerinden cevap aldik. Yakinda otopark var, ucretli. Oldukca genis iki oda, mutfak, ve genis bir banyo var. Beklentimizin uzerinde idi. ZTL icin, aracimizi Kiralayinca plaka bilgisi verdik sadece.

Appartamento centrale, arredato con gusto e pulitissimo.

Esperienza super positiva. Centrale comoda a tutto. Facile trovare le chiavi tutto scritto in modo semplice e chiaro ho avuto problemi con Booking che non mi faceva visualizzare le info ma poi ho fatto uno screenshot per sicurezza. Casa nuova, pulita, gradevole. Ascensore funzionante quindi non ho dovuto faticare per la valigia. Anzi appena conclusa questa esperienza ho buttato la mia spazzatura negli appositi contenitori giù dal portone. Mi sono finalmente rilassata nel pulito di questo appartamento arredato con gusto e cura. Non è scontato trovare tutto questo, perché venivo da una esperienza in un appartamento a Modena centro che aveva una pulizia pessima e senza la cura trovata qui. Grazie 🙏

Muy bien ubicado

Era demasiado oscuro y las fotos no reflejaban eso. Además se cayó la mampara de la ducha. Por último, llegaron los huéspedes del día siguiente a tocar el timbre a las 8:00 AM. Antes del check-out

Très confortable, on est dans le centre historique, proche de la gare également. Réponse rapide du propriétaire pour ajuster la température ds l’appartement et rendre fonctionnel le lien internet.

Super poloha v centre mesta. Čo nás potešilo 5 min pešo bol parkovací dom. Ideálna poloha. Apartman krásny veľký, vybavený. Všetko bolo čisté a nové. Cítili sme sa ako doma. Dakujeme
