Great location as we were attending an event at Kelmarsh Hall. Also really like the spacious interior and of course the hot tub.
We loved it. My wife says a few cushions on the settee would have been better for her.

Great place. Good instructions from owners before arriving and reminder messages before leaving. Place was very clean and the facilities were great. There were a lot of extra touches I didn't expect, and thoughtful gestures like coffee, tea, milk (free) and even a selection of wines and beer in the fridge (to buy, but reasonable prices) if you didn't come prepared or too late to go to the shop.

Lovely apartment, kitchen was well kitted out and all we needed. Bedrooms were lovely and big with en-suite in both and another separate toilet with washing machine which was handy. Location very close to town of Market Harborough. Beautiful views, hot tub lovely and clean and secluded back garden.
Not aware it was a first floor apartment as this is not mentioned in the description, visited with a dog and this wasn’t handy for letting her in and out and keeping an eye on her. I found decoration to be tired especially in front room and carpet in lounge dirty. Road at front very busy and noisy.
