Ambleside 3 Bedroom Apartment

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment, newly refurbed, well equipped. Quiet location. Beautiful views from the lounge and balcony. Loved that the hosts thoughtfully provided tea, coffee, milk, biccies, small wine/beer, plus all essentials like washing up liquid, handwashing, toilet roll etc.

Two adults, 15 yr old & 6 yr old. This apartment is perfect for a family or someone who wants a big space when they go away. The balcony is amazing and made it extra special. Loads of space, 3 bedrooms so everyone had their own space. It has everything you could possibly need to self cater, I really liked the top market products there. Sounds like an odd thing to comment on but I like it (fairy brand / expensive hand wash etc) The apartment its self is so light, smartly decorated, clean and the views are amazing. Local beer / chocs / wine gave it that special touch on arrival. Even provided coffee / tea and not just enough for first day but for all 3 days. Beds and linen of a high quality so comfy! Loved the quality thick black out curtains in bedrooms aswell. Communication with owners on point thank you! Ps few comments on here about the parking, it’s fine !! Yes you need to have a little bit of skill in parking but not much! We have a ford cougar which is fairly big …and it was fine parking space wise

It is exactly 12 mins walk back up from closest pub / centre which is good. Yes there are two hills up (bit of push for my 6 yr old, but she hates walking which is our issue not property) it’s really not an issue if your not elderly / don’t have walking difficulties/ really young. Plus there is a short cut, we didn’t try till the last day which was our error 🤣 walk down is easy to centre.
