La posizione, il riscaldamento ( diverse stufette elettriche per riscaldarsi). Bellissimo che dalla cucina e dal soggiorno si vedesse il mare dalla finestra!
La pulizia non era perfetta , anche se tutto sommato andava abbastanza bene

Die Lage
Extreme Geruchsbelästigung im WC . Nicht ausreichendes Toilettenpapier. Die Dusche war im unteren, äußeren Türbereich, stark verschmutzt. Im Dusch/Waschraum gab es keine Steckdose. Der Blick von der Eingangstür war eine Baustelle.
