Nice cottage in a peaceful valley

Nice cottage in a quite remote and peaceful location, with spacious living room and equipped kitchen. The host was very helpful, both with check in and chek out: heavy snow in winter time has not been an issue!

For full use of 5 guests the third bedroom is a not so spacious loft... It's ok but maybe not for all. Sauna was out of order but faults can happen.

A disappointment in cleanliness

The cabins are part of a camping place that lies back in the valley of Kongsmark. The view from the cabin (nr 4) was stunning. The cabin had a comfortable living room area as well as a large enough kitchen.

The bathroom was not clean when we arrived. We came late and were told to wait until morning to get it cleaned. I then cleaned it myself so I could use the bathroom at least for the night. The bathroom itself is in dire need of an overhaul. The toilet is placed ao close to the wall that even I at 1,65m was very squished. Any person larger would have to sit sideways. The whole bathroom is in bad shape. Even after cleaning, it looks bad. The provided kitchenware (pots, pans, etc) were not properly cleaned, and it was obvious that no one had checked that in a while. It was a disappointment since the place is rated highly for cleanliness. After asking at reception to get it cleaned while we were out, the haphazardly wiped down the bathroom but did not clean the kitchen utensils.

Scenic Beauty

The cabin was homey and met our needs.

The extra cost for sheets and towels wasn't clear. The road leading to the cabins is very rough!

Adequate but not great

The size is good, and it had most of what you need. Very tranquil.

House could use a good clean. Dusty floors and the kitchen a bit sticky. The guest is asked to clean before leaving but that do not work if the house is to dirty. We left the property cleaner than when we arrived. Please give it a good clean and replace some worn things like the toilet seat and some kitchen equipment and it will be great!

What an aurora we saw here!

Nice chalet in the camping room, good AC to make whole place warm, TV and a lot of kitchen supplies ready to use, book with instructions what to do while leaving the place, perfect location for seeing northern lights

Wifi and password not updated, some cutlery and cups could be replace, add the AC manual, because all needs to be figure out with the Youtube video

Gezellig

Wij verbleven hier 1 nacht in de winter en waren hier de enigen. We hadden vooraf niet veel verwachtingen maar het huisje is echt super gezellig, lekker warm en het ligt in een prachtige omgeving. Je hebt een fantastisch zicht op de bergen. Je kan best wel een 4x4 hebben om dit huisje te bereiken.

Zelf lakens en handdoeken te voorzien of je kan deze huren maar dit is best prijzig.

Było nas 9. Zarezerwowaliśmy domek 8-osobowy i 3-osobowy i okazało się, że łóżka, które były opisywane jako podwójne były bardzo wąskie. To wszystko były łóżka jednoosobowe. Domek miał mieć 4 sypialnie, miał tylko 3 i jedno łóżko na schodach....Zarezerwowaliśmy specjalnie 11 miejsc, pomimo, że miała nas być 9 a i tak dla jednej osoby zabrakło miejsca i musiała spać na ławie w salonie.

Mooie locatie, vriendelijk personeel!

Er was gelukkig een bar/café waar we wat konden eten! Op zondag zijn alle supermarkten dicht en er is geen ander restaurant in de buurt. De moose burger smaakte prima. Je kunt beddengoed en handdoek tegen toeslag gebruiken.

Het is niet fris/schoon. Je moet zelf de hut schoonmaken bij vertrek, helemaal niets mis mee, maar niemand gaat de keukenkastjes uitpoetsen. Terwijl deze toch echt niet schoon waren. Badkamer is ook oud en niet schoon. Vuil vaatdoekje in de keuken en vuile dweil in de badkamer. Ons advies is, om zondag en toe de hut goed schoon te maken, bijvoorbeeld na 2-3 x verhuren.

Chalet très mignon et personnel ultra accueillant. Nous étions quasiment seul dans le camping, les douches et les toilettes sont proches du chalet avec une seconde cuisine si on ne souhaite pas cuisiner dans le chalet mais la kitchenette est suffisante À noter le Linge de lit est payant

Nächste Essensgelegenheit eine Stunde Autofahrt entfernt. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist 20 Minuten entfernt. Restaurant auf Campingplatz sieht gut aus, ist aber nur in der Hochsaison offen.

Alloggio caratteristico in posizione strategica

La posizione strategica mi ha fatto scegliere questa struttura per il mio viaggio itinerante nelle Lofoten. La struttura é caratteristica norvegese, ha tutti gli spazi e i servizi necessari (eravamo nel cottage con bagno privato), il parcheggio proprio di fianco il bungalow, la proprietaria é disponibile e risponde in pochissimo tempo se contattata.

La struttura era curata anche se la pulizia non era delle migliori, e il materiale della cucina é proprio essenziale.
