Un séjour tout confort

L'appartement est idéalement situé à Camporosso, petite ville située entre Vintimille et Dolceacqua. Il est très proche et très bien équipé pour un confort maximal. Maura, la propriétaire, habite dans le même bâtiment, au dernier étage. Serviable et d'une grande disponibilité, elle est venue nous accueillir et a su nous conseiller et nous mettre à l'aise. Le logement est grand et très propre. C'est vraiment une très bonne adresse pour une escapade en Italie, près de la frontière. Il a un parking en bas de l'appartement.

Par contre, ce parking peut être plein. Il faut alors se rendre dans un des parkings gratuits à proximité, à 5-10 minutes à pied.

We konden zelf de sleutel pakken uit een sleutelbox, maar Maura kwam ons verwelkomen.

Het was helaas erg warm toen wij er waren. Ondanks prettige ventilatoren is een airco wellicht toch te overwegen. Normaal schijnt het niet zo warm te zijn.

Uns hat alles super gut gefallen. Maura war sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement war super sauber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir sind schon sehr viel umhergekommen, aber so extrem sauber war es nirgendwo. Maura hat an alles gedacht. Wenn man einen Wunsch hatte wurde dieser umgehend erfüllt. Immer gerne wieder

Sorprendente

Ho fatto un breve soggiorno con due bambini. Ottima accoglienza, ottimo appartamento, cura nei dettagli e dotato di tutto ciò che è necessario;manca solo l' aria condizionata ma stanno sicuramente provvedendo all' aggiunta anche di quella perché la signora proprietaria ha avuto davvero gusto e cura per ogni cosa. Pulizia eccellente! Consigliatissimo!!!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Umgebung mit netten Vermietern

Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen herzlich und freundlich. Bereits kurz nach der Buchungsbestätigung nahmen sie Kontakt zu uns auf und erkundigten sich regelmäßig, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder ob wir etwas benötigen. Das Haus wird von Maura und ihrem Vater geführt – beide sind außergewöhnlich fürsorglich und stets um das Wohl ihrer Gäste bemüht. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt von Camporosso. Trotz der zentralen Lage war es dank der modernen, schallisolierten Fenster angenehm ruhig, sodass wir problemlos bis 11 Uhr ausschlafen konnten. Man wohnt hier wirklich unter Einheimischen, was als ausländischer Tourist besonders schön ist, da man die italienische Kultur hautnah erlebt. In unmittelbarer Nähe sowie direkt vor dem Haus gibt es ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Zum nächsten Strand, beispielsweise dem Stadtstrand von Vallecrosia, sind es nur wenige Autominuten. Dort kann man sogar direkt am Strand kostenlos parken. Auch die Umgebung hat viel zu bieten: In wenigen Autominuten erreicht man malerische Bergdörfer wie Dolceacqua oder Rochetta Nervina, die sich hervorragend zum Wandern oder Canyoning eignen. Die Nachbargemeinden – Ventimiglia, Bordighera, Menton oder Sanremo – sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar und bieten kulinarisch, kulturell, architektonisch und geschichtlich zahlreiche Entdeckungsmöglichkeiten.

Comme à la maison...

Tout d'abord, l'emplacement est parfait. Au cœur d'un charmant village, à 2 pas de la place et de bars/restaurants, l'endroit est très calme. C'est idéal pour aller explorer la vallée et rayonner sans faire beaucoup de route. Ensuite, l'appartement. Comment dire... Je n'ai jamais vu un logement locatif aussi bien tenu (certes, il venait d'être refait mais tout de même), aussi bien pensé pour que les locataires se sentent comme chez eux. Il ne manque rien et il est d'une propreté irréprochable. Le fait que les propriétaires habitent l'immeuble rassure et permet des interventions rapides en cas de besoin. Si vous souhaitez visiter la région (magnifique !), c'est le pied à terre parfait ! Et que dire de l'accueil de Furio. Chaleureux serait trop faible. Disponible à n'importe quelle heure du jour et de la nuit, il ne nous a pas accueillis comme des clients mais comme des amis de passage dans la région. Un grand merci à lui. 🙏

Tout!!avant tout l accueil de Maura.idealement placé pour aller aux marchés tôt le matin,faire les courses à Camporosso ou aller à la plage.l appartement est juste parfaitement neuf,lumineux,grand et très bien équipé.l accueil et les bons conseils de Maura sont très appréciables .le parking sous les fenêtres de l appartement 🙏
