Not very far from the centre.

It was reasonable for a night stay, had all basic amenities. AC worked fine. Rooms were clean. You get what you pay for. Zomato was available so food was not an issue either. Pretty much on the main road.

Though sadly there was a kitchen it was not usable, no lighter for the stove or water purifier. No mosquito repellants in the bedrooms. Luckily we used a local delivery app to order water and stuff these so weren't really a dealbreaker.

The property was clean and comfortable.

The property was difficult to find as it’s located in a narrow alley with no visible sign on the main road. Parking was challenging, especially for a mid sized car. The place felt deserted upon arrival with one person (caretaken) in the whole property. The check-in process was disorganized and unpleasant — the person in charge was not in reception and he was unhelpful and rude over the phone, He only demanded payment and would not even show the apartment until he was paid. The lift was out of order, so we had to carry our luggage up two floors without any assistance. The apartment itself was missing basic toiletries (only soap and shampoo provided) and not enough towels for our group. Messages about maintenance issues , such as a loose toilet seat and request for toothpaste and shaving kit (they claim they provide toiletries) was ignored. The checkout experience was equally uncomfortable, with the staff inspecting every item in the room, even counting cutlery (Which could have been done discreetly, while we waited in reception like they do elsewhere). Overall, it was a stressful and disappointing stay.
