The Executive Director Mr.John present at the Front Desk was extremely gentle and helpful to get an additional room required for our family member.
Drivers was given free accommodation.
Excellent Buffet Breakfast.
They could have avoided charging extra for drinking mineral water. Give it out free of cost. It will add goodwill.
The overhead shower was a nuisance. Suggested additional flexible shower.
Bath floor is too slippery especially after using shower gel. Matt finish floor is essential for older guests.
