We stayed in the villa on the water and loved the premise of the older style building. The view from our room was lovely. We had an outdoor shower. Love the Pirate Island. The pool was very nice. We had a function in a room in the main hotel and it was very good.
There was no ac in the bottom storey. The floors were dirty and I had to wear shoes to keep my feet clean.

Location on main road
Cleanliness. There was distinct smell of urine in the room. The rooms smelled like they had never been ventilated
