Very good. Stay was comfortable and enjoyable My only suggestion is to provide some greenery and shade in front since the heat is unbearable and the car gets extremely hot in the scorching heat of the sun. Presently there is lot of parking space in front and the area is fully open and facing the west

The rooms are adequate for short stays, clean & bright.
Sreejith from housekeeping but also works in reception is very helpful & professional. Loud music from 1st floor of the hotel is a major issue, on our 1st night of stay, I had to call reception after 11pm, the male staff was helpful & the issue was rectified eventually.
Breakfast items limited, however was tasty. We got charged for complimentary water on day 2, by a female restaurant staff (the taller one). Upon Check-out reception staff (tall female) hadn't verified before finalizing the bill whether mini bar items were used or not in both rooms, I had to remind her, as I'm honest. Staff could benefit from a little regular training in hospitality & professionalism. Sreejith & a lovely reception staff (female) on day 1 were very professional & friendly. Thank you.
