The apartment is in an interesting old house just next to the metro station Rustaveli. It's the center of the city. The apartment is very warm and clean. All facilities are new and in perfect condition. The beds are very comfortable. The owner of the apartment is a great woman, pleasant and full of joy, and very helpful.
The apartment is in an old city building, so there is no lift there. If you have a lot of heavy luggage, be ready: you'll have to climb up three high marble staircases. But if you're young and quick...

Удобное расположение, приятный владелец. Пошел на уступки с заселением и ждал до 3 часов утра нас, чтобы отдать ключи. Было достаточное количество новой красивой посуды (кастрюля, сковородка, тарелки, чашки и также столовые приборы. Не хватило только ножа). Очень порадовало наличие кофе, чая, сахара.
К сожалению было очень грязно, совсем не убрано после других гостей (соусы в холодильнике, использованная смазка-лубрикант в шкафу и тд. В углах комки пыли, песка, остатков еды); на фото все очень новое и красивое, но по факту шкафы поломаны. Также довольно опасно в душе—розетка совершенно не отгорожена от воды. В таком маленьком пространстве она легко попадёт в розетку. Вишенкой на торте стал кондиционер, который абсолютно невозможно подключить к розетке (фото прикрепляю)
