OLD TBILISI Terrace, Spotless Apartment 9,4 Rating

The location was great.

When you had a shower the whole bathroom was flooded due to no shower curtain and it didn’t dry out. Very uncomfortable bed. Not very welcoming.

Well-equipped and nice views from the common terraces. Clean.

The room is located on the hill above the main street of Tbilisi. This means you have to climb a bit, but worth for the views. However, the room itself doesn’t have any balcony or street/city view. One window looking to inner stairs. This can be misleading based on the description. The room was clean, but not spotless (if it is included in the name of the accommodation, it really should be). Reaching it by car is problematic now (Sept 2026) as the whole are is under construction. Certainly not fault of the host, but even more important to get infos about all these and alternate parking options (there are, even free of charge nearby) in advance. I was missing this and didn’t feel really welcome.

Great apartment with terrace and amazing views over the city. It was a bit of a climb up from the main street but worth it for the incredible views and peace and quiet. The apartment was larger than expected, with everything we needed including a washing machine (remember to bring detergent though). It was very clean, communicating with the host was easy and overall this was great value for money.

I liked the view from the terrace and the host was responsive.

its not as it seems on the pics, plastic doors and thin windows, I could hear any little noise like it was right next to my ear. place was hard to find.
