Casa Monopoly

From the moment we arrived Lucia and Octavius made us feel very welcome. Their warmth, kindness and genuine hospitality were exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect in every way. It is easy to see why they are so proud of their beautiful property and gardens. Our apartment was superb - spotlessly clean, impeccably presented and equipped with everything we needed, and so much more. Every detail had been carefully considered; the kitchen was extremely well equipped and the bathroom stocked with thoughtful extras. It was such a lovely touch to receive a welcome selection of provisions on arrival and a delightful surprise basket on our first morning. The gardens are truly spectacular - beautifully maintained and a joy to share. A pristine swimming pool and an abundance of seating both in the sun and to relax in the shade under the impressive olive trees. We found having a car hire useful for exploring some of Puglia's gems; Alberobello, Ostuni and Polignano a Mare. Monopoli's beautiful old town is a pleasant 20 minute walk and offers an excellent selection of restaurant and bars. This was one of those rare holidays where everything exceeded our expectations. Lucia and Octavius are superb, warm, hosts generous of their time for guests to ensure they have a wonderful experience. The accommodation and stunning gardens are exceptional, we cannot recommend them enough. If you are looking for a special place to stay, look no further. 5 stars simply are not enough! Kdyby se dalo dát hodnocení 100 místo jen 10, tak ho dám. Od prvního dne bylo vše fantastické. Starost, ochota a to nad rámec povinností majitele byla fantastická. Jakýkoliv problém nebo starost s námi byl ochoten řešit a pomoci. Přivítací snídaně byla fantastická včetně Prosecca. Následně každé ráno čerstvé teplé croissanty. Hrozně velká výhoda součástí ubytování je bazén. Potřebovali jsme zajistit pronájem auta, tak pomohl i když byl problém sehnat pronájem, protože byl státní svátek a půjčovny měly plno. Pokaždé když jsme se potkali, tak se ptal jestli je vše v pořádku a něco nám nechybí. Poradil s výlety kam jet a co navštívit. Přesně takhle si představuji stav ,, náš zákazník, náš pán. Přeji Ottaviovi a Lucii hodně dalších spokojených zákazníků, tak jako jsme byli my a rozhodně až pojedeme příští rok znovu do této destinace, tak vím kde se určitě ubytujeme.

Czystosc i mili wlasciciel , zapewnili kawe , corneto i pierwsze sniadanie .Byly zawsze swieze reczniki i swiezy Wirlpool.Nowe wyposazenie.

Pokoj znajdowal sie w suterynie , brak dostepu do swiezego powietrza w sypialni , bylo jedno okno w kuchni. Lazienka byla bardzo mala i dla pary ktora sie ledow poznala to kompoft osobisy byl bardzo ograniczony. Male pomieszczenia.Pelny monitoring ze strony wlasciciela i kamer .
