Deqorum villas

We had a wonderful stay at Deqorum Villas in Kumbakonam with our family from 3rd April 2026 to 5th April 2026 2026. The property is excellent—featuring a spacious living hall, a fully equipped kitchen, and two well-furnished bedrooms with attached bathrooms. Everything was neat, clean, and very well maintained. A special thanks to the owner and property in-charge Mr. Bala, who were incredibly friendly and caring throughout our stay. They even arranged a fridge for us, which was extremely helpful for storing our food items. Overall, it truly felt like staying in our own home. This place is highly recommended for families looking for a comfortable, safe, and homely environment—especially for those who prefer self-cooking.

It was a complete house with all facilities. It was as described in the listing. Value for money.

Initially I was very skeptical about the place as immediately on booking, I was called by someone who said he is the caretaker. He said that I need to pay 50% charges immediately to ensure the booking remains confirmed. This was against the listing as the listing mentioned the payment only on reporting to the property.
