I loved the location. It is the primary reason why I booked this property. It is very close to the French colony and Rock Beach. It is located in the fishery area, actually. The host was good, and the property was also good.
There is no ventilation in the entire property. I was wondering how the house could be without windows. Secondly, the blankets were torn, and the AC went off on the first day. If they put a little more care on that part, it would be a wonderful property, actually.

Well appointed, well maintained, comfortable and cosy. Stayed for an extended period and fell in love with the place. It’s very close to White Town, and all the best things about Ponducherry. Ruphus the building manager was attentive and super friendly. Any issues that arose were sorted out immediately and the cleaner Sclva did wonderful work. One of the best places I stayed in India… and I still miss Leo the aquarium fish!

The travel time got exceeded a little the caretaker was waiting for us with keys it meant a lot

Selvi and Ruphus were very caring and helpful. They were prompt and shared a lot of information to get familiar with the surroundings and tourist spots. The house itself is in a very strategic place. Walkable distance to The Promenade and the White town. So you skip all the traffic and congestion madness!!
Nothing in particular. The stay itself was a pleasant one, small cozy house for a family of 4 on a budget stay. The house has direct access to the rock beach, right across the road. However, the drain that flows right next to the house can get smelly sometimes.
