La Baie Homestay

We had a lovely comfy clean room and access to a beautiful balcony and a roof terrace. The owners were very friendly and went out of there way to help us both in what to see locally and when one of us had stomach trouble.

no a/c on the living room

Rooms were clean and neat. Terrace view was top notch. I really enjoyed sunrise view with cup of tea offered by Viji. Location was really quiet and good. In front of my room there was a temple as well as I can view sea from balcony, it was just gives mixed divine feel. Home stay was so colourful. Viji is really nice and helpful host and her family who live in ground floor are also very warm. She arranged scooter rental to roam the city as well as clearly explained about attractions of city which was very helpful to me. Overall great experience with excellent service. I would definitely check for available rooms if I come to Pondicherry again.
