Everything worked really well and the property was nice. I didn't realize their was only a Jacuzzi tub with a shower head, so it was a bit challenging to shower without getting water everywhere, but overall we really liked the location. I highly recommend the Cinecitta Metro station parking area to go explore rome since we had a rental car. The Metro station had some guards watching which helped deter any mischief. Much better location than the Anagninia Metro station we used to park at 13+ years ago when we would explore Rome.
The narrow road to get to the property wasn't ideal, but if you can drive in Italy, it shouldn't bother you too much. Ideally you had a Midsize SUV or smaller.....A fullsize would likely work, but be a bit tighter.
