A small and welcoming hotel close to Ciampino Airport. The rooms are thoughtfully designed, clean, and comfortable, with very cozy beds. The staff is friendly and helpful. There is a shared kitchen with a large fridge available for guests. Transport access to the airport is excellent during the day, but in the evening it’s better to book a transfer or take a taxi.
In my room, there were some issues with the water drainage in the shower, and the water heated up quite slowly. Additionally, the sound insulation in the rooms is not sufficient. When other guests return late and talk loudly in the corridor, it can be very disturbing and wakes me up.

The room exceeded my expectations and the host was very helpful. I would stay here again if I needed accommodation in this area. :)

The location was ok, about a twenty minute walk from the train on foot. Instructions for self check in after 8 pm were very clear and had no trouble getting. Clean room.
The AC was non existent, the size of a toaster oven and blew little to no air at the ceiling, for this time of year it’s crucial to have AC and the description said there would be… Breakfast was quite lacking with bad coffee and ok cookies but that was pretty much it.
