Really nice flat, good communication

Beautiful, clean flat in a nice house and area, close to various public transport options. Very well equipped kitchen which is separable from both rooms, 2 bathrooms. Warm bedding (we've been visiting in December). We've received detailed information regarding check-in/-out and about the use of the appliances in the flat (including video guides).

Flat is on the 4th floor and there's no elevator in the house, but this was known upon booking from other reviews and not a big issue for us. It took us a bit to get the AC work as desired and heat the space to the desired temperature upon arrival. Single large duvet on both beds - as a friend group separate duvets would have been more comfortable, but again, not a real problem.

Location was super quiet! The apartment was very nicely decorated and equipped.

An elevator in the building to carry up the luggage would have been nice, but if you are fit that is not an issue at all.

Very nice , clean flat. Well decorated and contains all you need for short stay in old building. Location - about 20 min walk to triumph arc. Has small corner shop and mini bakery 2 min walk. It is 4th floor via stairs and may not be for some people. Good neighbourhood without any trouble. Underground is about 10 min walk to. No parking . We used underground parking about mile away for £50 per day. Overall very positive experience. Will return if in Paris again.

No affordable parking near by. As I was looking for accommodation with parking this has added a bit of stress upon arrival.

a lovely and thoughtfully designed space

The place is charming — it's clear the host put a lot of care into the design. Loved the TV framed, and all the vintage touches like the wallpaper, chandelier, and wall lights gave it that classic Paris feel. The washer was a big plus too. It’s on the top floor, when the sun comes in, the whole space feels warm and peaceful.

The only downside was a slight smell when we walked in— possibly leftover from renovations — but it got much better once we opened the windows for a bit.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, geräumig und die Lage sehr gut für zentrale Ausflugsziele geeignet.

Die Größe der Wohnung war gut. Anzahl der Bäder (2x) war gut und praktisch. Küchenausstattung war gut. Je nachdem was man sich anschauen möchte, ist die Lage sehr gut. Bis zum Eifelturm läuft man ca. 50 min. Parkhaus für PKW ist relativ nahe gelegen (1,3km).

Die Klimaanlage hat soweit funktioniert aber es wurde trotzdem nur sehr langsam warm. Die Fenster sind schlecht abgedichtet und auch die Wohnungstür lässt viel kalte Luft durch die Spalte rein. Wir waren im Winter zu Besuch, im Sommer ist das bestimmt kein Problem. Vielleicht kommt dann Zuviel Wärme rein?!

Labai gražus ir stilingas butas. Jame radome viską ką reikėjo viešnagei. Gera lokacija, šalia metro ir daug autobusų stotelių. Ramus rajonas. Dėmesingas šeimininkas.

Alloggio dotato di tutto il necessario per l'utilizzo dello stesso, dallo strofinaccio della cucina, alle pastiglie della lavastoviglie e lavatrice. Pulito e molto confortevole. Zona tranquilla con ogni servizio.

Krásné ubytování v Paříži

Naprostá spokojenost, vše jak na fotkách, klidný, čistý apartmán, dokonce dvě sprchy. Kuchyně také dobře vybavená, kávovar na kapsle. V blízkosti vlak a metro a kousek do místní pekárny. Rodina byla spokojena.

Vše bylo super a ráda se ubytuji znovu.

Dzīvoklis vienkārši brīnišķīgs. Dizains interesants, iedvesmojošs un Parīzes sajūtu pastiprinošs. Stilīgākais no pēdējā laikā rezervētajiem dzīvokļiem. Kāpņu telpa tīra, skaista senatnīga ēka. Dzīvoklī par visu bija padomāts. Komunikācija ar saimnieku perfekta.

De inrichting en locatie. Zeer smaakvol ingericht met oog voor detail! Het was een rustige en aangename wijk. We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Het appartement lag op de 4de verdieping, dus de trap was wat meer dan we gewend zijn.

Ein kompletter Reinfall. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Buchung erfolgte für drei Erwachsene und ein einjähriges Kind. Bereits bei der Buchung habe ich angegeben, dass wir ein Babybett benötigen, und ich erhielt die Bestätigung, dass alles vorbereitet wird. In Wirklichkeit war nichts davon vorhanden. Das Babybett fehlte, und die Wohnung war nur für zwei Personen vorbereitet: Bettwäsche und Handtücher – nur für zwei. Wir mussten zu dritt in einem Bett mit maximal 160 cm Breite schlafen, und das Baby schlief auf dem Boden. Das war sehr unangenehm und absolut inakzeptabel. Am ersten Tag bat ich den Gastgeber um zusätzliche Bettwäsche. Man versprach, sie am nächsten Tag zu bringen – aber nichts geschah. Mein zweites Anliegen wurde einfach ignoriert. Deshalb konnten wir nicht richtig schlafen, und sogar das Duschen war unbequem, weil Handtücher fehlten. Wir vermieten selbst Wohnungen in unserem Land und wissen genau, wie wichtig nicht nur ein schönes Interieur, sondern auch ein respektvoller Umgang mit Gästen ist. Hier hat das komplett gefehlt. Nach dem Check-out bekamen wir dann noch eine zynische Nachricht mit Dank für unseren Aufenthalt und der Einladung, wiederzukommen. Nie wieder!
