Great location near the beach plenty of places for eating out and pubs, The house has everything you need a utility and toilet on the ground floor,tge second floor has a spacious living area and kitchen leading out to a small garden , third floor three bedrooms and bathroom.

Great spacious house with outdoor sundeck and nice location to walk to the harbour, the small beach of Ilfracombe, and easy access by car to surrounding coastline. The large car port was great and made all the local areas such as Woolacombe and Croyd easily accessible.
Everything was great. I think Harbourside is a little misleading, it isn't on the harbour, more Harbour Adjacent! But only a short walk away. Being on the Harbour would make parking difficult anyway so we were very happy with the location.
