    Across the street from a luxury High Rise Shopping Mall with so many name brand restaurants, shops, Starbucks, Adidas, McDonalds, so so many.

    I have never felt so disrespected staying at a hotel in my life. I normally just keep to myself and keep it moving in life. Today was something else I felt like I was possessed from all the anger I had to endure. How do you charge a customer for: Towels Bed sheets Duvet cover If you don’t even attempt to wash it? Making silly assumptions without even trying to do your job first? I ended up just paying for them. And carrying everything with me. The hotel manager was no where to be found thinking just because I was Canadian Vietnamese I would just leave and leave the dirty items I was forced to pay for behind for them to wash and reuse lol. What type of low level scam does this hotel try to do with paying customers? I don’t understand people in Hanoi or would return to this hotel at all. The level of disrespect I experienced I endure was ridiculous, foul and disgusting. It got to the point today I felt like the staff wanted to fight me. Because what? I called them out on there bullshit? This hotel needs to learn how to treat every race the same. Not pick and choose how you feel towards foreigners. I am technically as Vietnamese as you guys. I felt the racism from my own people today which was very hurtful. To the manager working today wearing the purple dress you can eat a bag of d1cks. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Please stay away they do not treat anyone on the human level properly. Stay away!!

    Non Co operative staff and facilities are not so good. House keeping has taken away the key and charges 150 VND how they are cheating to customers
