    The check in and check out was breeze. The receptionist can understand and speak English. The shower may take sometime to heatup. The breakfast was simple . Overall is my short stay .

    This place was a breath of fresh air compared to other places I’ve stayed in Hanoi. The rooms were clean and they had many extras such as a tv with internet and a free massage chair in the lobby. I didn’t stay for breakfast, but it seemed good.

    All the hotel staff were fantastic, friendly and helpful. Especially the gentleman who runs the breakfast and makes coffee. I liked the location because it's convenient and central, but it's not a super touristy neighborhood. It's also nice being near the BRT and Hanoi Centre Mall. Rooms were modern, comfortable, and extremely clean. Beds were firm and supportive. Good AC that can cool the room quickly. The only negative is you do get a little noise from the hallway and neighboring rooms. Walls are solid concrete, but I think the bathroom vents are connected which allows a little noise to pass. I always travel with earplugs because I'm sensitive, and those solved the problem just fine. Enjoyable visit and I would happily stay at this hotel again in the future.

    Poor insulation. Can hear noise and ppl talking in corridor. Bf avail but basic, would rather go out and eat. Self service- Coffee is 3-1 type. Receptionist is friendly and helpful. Booked taxi to airport for 400k. Far fr old quarters. Not recommend if u like to walk around old quarters.
