I stayed here for one week and have no complaints about the place, price, room, location etc. But be aware there are no staff and the gate is coded, communication is done through WhatsApp which i do not use so it was very difficult for me to check in. I had just arrived in Vietnam and had no vsim. Luckily I speak some Chinese so managed to get someone at the noodle place at the end of the alley to call the owner for me. This is not criticism just making travellers aware.

It was a decent stay for Rs 1000. The contact less check in went smooth. The host helped with some extras too. Don’t expect a ball, it’s a comfortable cute room.

We never meet the host. We communicate via text what's app. Very noisy appart (machine sound) and neighbors very noisy. Can't open window. Bath room no clean. Very humide. We happy we stayed only 2 nights. No recommend
