The room was incredibly spacious - it has a bathroom, a kitchenette, dining table and bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed. The kitchenette is well stocked with utensils, a microwave and a washing machine. The host was also friendly and accommodating of requests.
The pin to the property is accurate but the door is somewhat inconspicuous - it is the unmarked door under the 'Stay Inn' sign. The location is excellent and within walking distance of Birmingham New Street Station but keep in mind that if you have heavy bags, it may be better to take an Uber because it is a slight incline towards the station. Generally, it was a comfortable room that provided value for money.
*I took a video of the room but can't upload it..the host's pictures are however quite accurate.
The bathroom was not too clean, but still okay! I stayed in Suite 8, which is on the second floor, and there is no elevator, so keep that in mind if you have heavy bags.
