La localisation puisque nous cherchions à Pozzuoli. La gentillesse du personnel.
Beaucoup de détails à améliorer pour justifier le prix payé: L'insonorisation entre les chambres et les parties communes, des retouches de fissures de peinture, la colle de l'étiquette du lavabo, la qualité du matelas (très dure pour ceux qui aiment), trop d'échanges avant notre arrivée (nous avions pris ce logement car c'était noté hôtel et nous pensions donc pouvoir arriver facilement mais il fallait prévenir de notre heure d'arrivée puis renvoyer un message 30 minutes avant), la propreté de la salle de bain.
Dans l'ensemble rien de catastrophique mais la prestation est trop basse pour le prix demandé.
