Lo staff è stato sempre presente per ogni singola domanda; la camera era davvero grande, così come il bagno. Tutto extra pulito e ordinato. Stando al piano terra dotano le camere di racchetta elettrificata contro le zanzare. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere qualsiasi cosa attorno ai laghi di Lucrino e Averno.
La colazione era molto essenziale, anche perché non esiste un'area breakfast cui si acceda da tutte le suite. Si fa sostanzialmente colazione in camera con l'occorrente messo il primo giorno di pernottamento.

La notte c'erano dei rumori fastidiosi che probabilmente arrivavano dalla stanza adiacente.

la posizione rispetto alle mete turistiche di Pozzuoli e Bacoli. comunque si trova in una stradina non facile da raggiungere
la colazione con merendine di Eurospin di bassissima qualità, impossibilità di trovare liquidi come succhi di frutta o latte, assenza di attenzione per persone con problemi di glutine o intolleranze. Sporcizia sotto il letto piena di polvere, sono allergico e sono stato malissimo.
