The hotel is located in an industrial area, not pleasant to walk around. We checked in and there were no bathroom towels at all. We report that to the front desk and left for dinner. Upon return, we found two large towels waiting but no hand or floor towels present. Then we discovered there was no remote control, so we called the front desk again who managed to bring it to the room after midnight (at least they tried to help). The following morning there was no breakfast served but the staff managed to give us just a little something to eat. Then to top everything, there was a very unpleasant verbal fight between a couple of guests complaining about breakfast and two waiters. Super uncomfortable experience hope to never witness it again.
