Однокомнатная квартира

We had an entire apartment at our disposal with every confort, cooking facilities and even a washing machine. The place is really clean, in the morning expect amazing views on the mountains. The free wi-fi is quick and reliable. The owner is kind and was there with the apartment keys litteraly 5 minutes after we called him. The building from the ouside looks a bit outdated, but the apartment is freshly renovated and spotless.

Having access to kitchen and laundry

Was told it was not available after we were an hour away and was after check in time. Then told we could stay but previous guests broke the couch. We agreed to stay because we were exhausted and could make do. We were asked if it was ok to have couch delivered the following day. We agreed and were told they would call when delivery arrived. Delivery did not happen finally asked at 6:50 pm if it was coming …told no. It was extremely dark in stairway no light on one level and actually ran into an old man. It was that dark… waiting on delivery took away from our stay as we wanted to be available for delivery. We checked out at 8 am and was messaged by sister (who we were communicating with the whole time but was not the host.) she messaged at 3:50 asking when we would be checking out. Bad communication and directions to home did not come up on google maps. The place has potential if it had a deep clean lights in stairways better communication and directions that got you there. Disappointing.
