It is super close to Manuel Antonio and Quepos, the hosts are lovely, and there’s a neighborhood sloth, Carlitos, who we got to see several times up very close. I also saw an agouti and guacamayas.
I also appreciated some small things the house had: a soccer ball we took to the beach, a kids’ mask and snorkel, CR birding guide, and some small weights if you need a workout. The kitchen is small but somehow had everything we needed.
The beds were comfortable and AC was great when we needed it. (We were fine with ceiling fans a lot of the time.)
You definitely hear the noise from the road to Quepos, which is busier than I would have thought.
