About this house rental
La Paz del Silencio is a quiet little town surrounded by nature. From here, you can quickly reach various attractions near Quepos and Uvita. For example, Quepos La Managua Airport (21 km), Quepos (25 km), Manuel Antonio National Park (31 km), Matapalo (15 km), Playa Linda (18 km), Dominical (29 km), Marino Ballena National Park (49 km), and Uvita (47 km). In the immediate vicinity—some of which are within walking distance—there are rivers and waterfalls. Rafting is also available here.
The Accommodation

- Kitchen with gas stove and oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator, ...
- Small bathroom with shower and toilet; additional outdoor shower
- Bedrooms and living room equipped with ceiling fans plus
a floor fan (no air conditioning)
- Washing machine and vacuum cleaner available
- Parking space for one car
- The property is surrounded by a wall and equipped with electric security gates
Access for guests
There’s a small supermarket right in front of our house and a restaurant with a swimming pool 1 km away. The area is quiet and very safe. Nearby, you can go on a rafting or horseback riding tour, or simply go for a swim in the river.
Additional Important Information
We have a farm where we can provide you with cow’s milk, cheese, pudding, quark, eggs, and chicken. In addition, there are fruit trees in the garden, including carambola, soursop, and coconut palms, from which you are welcome to help yourself.
