Amazing location with views over the forest and the sea, with a huge variety of birds and butterflies. The air conditioning was good in both bedrooms and the staff were very attentive.

The only really nice things were the view from our casita over the ocean, the hammock at the front and the location in the heart of Quepos en route to Manuel Antonio. Not all rooms have a view. Facilities are old and in need of a serious upgrade. The Lagarto restaurant next door is very good but pricey.
Hard to find (little signage on the road). Old. Poorly lit. Lacking in dishes. A/C leaking if pushed too much/long. Noise from adjacent rooms and restaurant. Overall it felt like staying at the Y.
