Stunning sugar-white sand. Beautiful turquoise water. Gorgeous view for miles. Who wouldn’t want to spend their vacation on Navarre Beach, FL, especially when you can stay in this fabulous 2BR/2BA upscale gulf-front condo on the highly desired 3rd floor of Navarre Towers. The condo has absolutely spectacular views of the Gulf and surrounding area.
This lovely appointed large condo (Unit 302) has incredible views from the sliding glass doors which showcase the Gulf of Mexico. The condo can comfortably sleep 8 guests:
King bed in the master (2 guests)
Queen bed and bunkbed (twin on top, twin on bottom) in the second bedroom (4 guests)
Pull-out couch (Queen) in the living room. (2 guests)
The master bathroom offers a lovely shower, sink and toilet. The second bathroom is a shower/tub combination along with a toilet. The balcony at the back of the condo offers a spectacular spot to retreat and relax.
The fully equipped main kitchen has all you need for fabulous meals during your stay. All dishes, cutlery and pots and pans are provided. The dining table offers a beautiful view of the Gulf and island. Beach chairs and towels are provided.
Washer and dryer in the unit, right off of the kitchen.
The on-site fitness room is the perfect place to keep up with your fitness routine.
Navarre Towers offers a pool, sports courts and an outdoor grilling area. ***Please note: Pool temperature is 10 degrees higher than ambient air.***
Pool depth is 3’ in shallow end and 9’ in deep end.
Parking is available in the complex lot. The parking spaces are not designated.
The wide expansive beach front is a most desirable key feature of the Navarre Tower.
You are close to Navarre Beach pier if you want to go fishing or a beautiful walk. Close by, you can rent jet skis, kayaks, boogie boards and stand-up paddling boards.
Navarre Beach is centrally located between Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach/Destin so there are plenty of opportunities to experience the beautiful Gulf coast. You also are just minutes from Pensacola Beach along the Gulf national seashore where there also are lots of dining and entertainment options. Navarre is close to both the Pensacola and Fort Walton Beach airports if you are planning to fly. There are plenty of rent-a-car locations on site.
This unit is a No-Smoking, No Pet condo. The minimum age to rent is 25.

Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.
*Minimum age to rent is 25 and booking guest must be present at the property throughout the stay.

The host thought of everything, from the small things to the big things. Plenty of supplies provided for a 6 night stay. Clean and updated unit. We really liked the balcony furniture.

Wonderful place to stay with a convent walk to the beach. Check-in and checkout was easy. The room came with a closet full of anything you would need for the beach such as chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, and floats. Very clean and spacious place. We would stay here again!

Our stay was perfect! The condo had everything needed to have a wonderful stay!! It was so clean and comfortable! We look forward to our next visit to Navarre!
