Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo is just steps to the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of America, longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of America, and sun kissed sky views!
Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: (1) Twin/Full Bunk Bed with Trundle. Sleeps 4.
Living Room: (1) Double Sofa Sleeper. Sleeps 2.
Professionally renovated in April 2020; including luxurious linens and towels to provide the pampering you deserve.
The Balcony provides a spectacular view of the pool.
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.
We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. The Beachview Complex has a pool, a tennis court, and plenty of parking.
Beach chairs in the unit provided for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
*Please Note:
NO boats, jet skis, trailers, RV`s or campers of any kind allowed in the parking lot!!
Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Condo was great and really close to the water. It was very clean and the owner was very attentive to our requests. This will be our go to spot next time we come to Navarre Beach!

Over all condo was very nice!
King platform bed in master bedroom was not comfortable at all back breaker 3000, not recommend for older guest, very very low to the floor,
