Our 2 bedroom and 2 bath Condo is just steps to the white sand beaches, emerald green waters of the Gulf of America, longest fishing Pier on the Gulf of America, and sun kissed sky views!
Bedroom 1: (1) King Bed. Sleeps 2.
Bedroom 2: (1) Queen and (1) Full. Sleeps 4.
Living Room: (1) Queen Sofa Sleeper with upgraded memory foam mattress. Sleeps 2.
This beautiful condo includes luxurious linens and towels to provide the pampering you deserve.
The patio provides a spectacular view of the pool.
For your convenience, we have installed an electronic keypad on the front door... you`ll never have to worry about keys or cards to get into the unit.
Fully equipped kitchen with coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and much more!
The main open area is spacious with plenty of seating for all our guests. High-speed wireless internet access available throughout the condo.
Large capacity washer and dryer available in the condo.
We are located walking distance to several restaurants and to the pier. The Beachview Complex has a pool, a tennis court, and plenty of parking.
Beach chairs in the unit provided for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policy: 100% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 60 days before arrival, 50% (minus $100.00 fee) refund up to 30 days before arrival.
***ANY CANCELLATIONS WILL RESULT IN A $100.00 FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS.***
DAMAGE DEPOSIT NOTICE: Please be aware 1 day prior to your check out date, your credit card will post a pending/hold damage deposit of $800.
If no damage is present after departure, the hold will be lifted 5-7 business days after check out.
If damage is present, your credit card hold will be charged accordingly.
*Please Note:
NO boats, jet skis, trailers, RV`s or campers of any kind allowed in the parking lot!!
Guests will be asked to leave the property immediately for the following reasons (any unused rental monies will not be refunded):
*Exceeding maximum occupancy.
*After first warning for disruptive behavior.
*Bringing any type of pet into the home.
*Smoking in or around the home.
*Violating any of the house rules as defined in the rental agreement.

Our family had a great stay! The owner’s communication was spot on! The condo was clean and well taken care of. The beach was a few steps away and the pool was right out the patio door! The condo was well stocked with things you would need to cook with. The only thing I might do is grab a bag of ice because there is no ice maker in the freezer. Which wasn’t a big deal. We really thought the welcome gift basket was sweet! Navarre Beach was beautiful and we plan on coming back someday! Thank you for everything!

We had friends staying in Navarre Beach the same weekend so we booked our stay. It couldn’t have been better! The condo was perfect. A great little welcoming basket was set out, plenty of beach towels, and the kitchen had everything we’d need. I didn’t think we’d use the washer and dryer but with all the beach sand it became invaluable. Our 3 year old daughter felt right at home with Disney activated on the bedroom TV. She had such a memorable trip. Thank you.
